Little Tikes Triangle Bouncer

My husband and I work at home, and during the seasons that are too cold or rainy, our wonderful, intense three year old can turn into an absolute terror if he doesn't get out his pent up energy. We decided to invest in this because we were out of ideas of how to keep him busy and ACTIVE (he'll sit and play on the ipad all day if we let him). So happy we did! It's little enough to fit in our small living room, but plenty large enough for our 3.5 year old as well as me to sit in there with him. It was super simple to set up, pretty light, and not very loud. About three times a day he'll want to bounce in it for about 30-45 minutes each time, go absolutely berserk and get out tons of energy. He gets absolutely exhausted by the end of the day, which is great for us because bedtimes are much easier (he actually WANTS to go to bed) and it's helped with his appetite (he usually won't each meals, now he is so hungry from all the exercise he'll eat more). So far it's been wonderful. At the end of the day I just roll it up and stick it back in the box and out of the way until the next day. So far, extremely happy with the product, and I'm sure it will save our sanity this winter when the weather gets bad.The only down side (which is not REALLY a down side) is that he gets pretty loud and crazy bouncing around in it, which might drive some people crazy if you keep it indoors like us, but I'll trade happy noises for tantrums any day :)Also, I have Amazon Prime and ordered one day shipping, and even though it said "1-2 days for further processing" I STILL got it in only one day. Because it was the weekend we got it 3 days earlier than expected, and I was very pleased with that.

EDIT- it’s been five years and this bouncer is still in great shape! We don’t use it regularly, but when we do it takes quite a beating 😂. On occasional cold or rainy days we blow it up inside. My 7 and 2 year old jump like crazy and do flips down the slide. We use it outside sometimes with friends. It’s had up to 4 kids in it at a time- ages 9-1.I was looking for a bouncy house that we could use both outside and inside, but it was hard to find a bouncer that had both good reviews AND would fit in our basement. My hopes are that on cold, winter days this bouncer will entertain my son, however, I don't want it to take up the entire basement. After lots of searching and research I finally found the Little Tikes Triangle Bouncer. It not only had good reviews, but it was the perfect size for our basement. It was delivered quickly and in great condition. The instructions were easy to follow and the set up/take down was very fast and easy. I think that this will be a life safer when I don't want to leave the house this winter! This bouncer is a holiday gift for my two year old, so I will update my review once he and his friends have had sufficient time to try it out and break it in!

First thing to keep in mind--this thing is pretty big. Bigger than you think looking at the picture. I have a medium-small front room, and it fills the whole room. If you have a small front room and are planning to use it inside you will definitely want to measure the room to be sure it will fit. Its very easy to set up. You just unpack, tie some strings, hook up the air pump and you're all set. Takes less than a couple minutes to get it fully ready to use. I really have nothing bad to say about this bounce house. The pump is kind of noisy, but not as bad as you think. My daughter absolutely loves this bounce house, and its great for entertaining when her cousins visit. Obviously just like with any toy, it will lose its appeal after a while. But it does take a while. For my 2 year old she can play happily in it for a little over an hour before she starts getting bored. I try to only take it out every great once in a while so it still has that excitement factor. Honestly though--totally worth the price you pay. I wish I'd had one of these things when I was a kid, thats for sure!

I have mixed feelings about this bounce house, first I want to say we have had it for over a year now and last month (JULY 2012) it got a huge tear on the corner of the slide. My husband fixed/sewed it with kite string and that worked perfect! They include about 3 patches for the slide but no string?!? We only had 5 kids jumping ages 4- 11, When we first got it my kids (26 months and 4 year old )loved it,but then got bored after 2 months. We decided to put it away for a month, and now (summer time) they play with it 3x's a week. It's perfect for birthday party's but only about 5-7 kids fit (5 kids fit comfortable). My kids enjoy it a lot when other kids play with them or when my husband plays with it. My husband is 160LBS and I have to say it held good for how hard my husband trows him self. If I can rate this I will give it 3-4STARS. p.s It also comes with sticks to not tip over

We have purchased many things through Amazon over the years, but this bounce house has been one of the smartest! Our 2 year old daughter got this as a birthday present and just loves it. We thought it would make a great substitute for jumping on the couch! So far it has proved to be very durable and able to withstand several toddlers at once. They love going up and down on the slide and it is very easy for them to get into the velcro opening. That same opening can also allow them to fall out backwards so make sure the surface below the bounce house is not completely hard. We have used it both inside and outside. Inside is great, but the fan noise can be a little much over time, but what you gain is worth it! Our daughter bounces on it until she is just about worn out! Set up is a breeze, but putting it back into the supplied carry bag is a challenge. We bypassed this by putting it in a military surplus bag. If you need to get a great toy that will burn off you child's extra energy and at the same time develop their balancing skills, this is a smart buy for you!
