If you love yoga the first thing you’ll notice is that if you have a poor-quality mat it can be tough to perform poses properly or get comfortable in a flow if you’re constantly sliding around or the mat is so thin your joints start to ache. That’s why we developed the Respire Fitness Yoga Mat that are not only thicker and more supportive but feature two different workout surfaces, but are slip-resistant, sweat-resistant, and able to better support your standing, kneeling, and sitting poses without sacrificing comfort or stability. Reduce Strain and Improve Stability Longer, thicker, and offering far more cushioned support than standard yoga mats our high-density mats can help minimize pressure on your joints and muscles when you’re working out and working hard. In fact, the dual surface design means you can work out in the yoga or Pilates studio, in your home gym, or even in the living room and still maintain the comfort and stability you need to make each movement more effective.
