Has a layer of dirty debris filled layer in the middle. Had to remove it everytime we use.

I would highly recommend everyone not to buy this as it's a very very low class quality product. U try to take out cotton there is only dust that comes out in the air.tiny cotton dust very irritating,people who have dust allery like me will start sneezing. I got a piece of pigeon feather and cockrach egg stuck . They say it's sterile. I wonder if they knew the actual meaning of sterile. Worst product ever i have come across. Amazon should eliminate this product and vendor manufacturer.
