Works great for me!
I have used the loops since I got my cpap some years back. It took some trial and error to get using them just right for me but they were my only option really so I kept trying. The full headgear wouldn't stay on my head at all because of my hair no matter what I tried. The thing that helped me a lot with these loops is moving the cloth pieces to the back of my ears to help distribute the force of the pull on my ears when I tighten the straps. As soon as I did that I didn't have sore ears anymore. This sometimes leaves strap marks on my face when I wake up but they go away fairly quickly. So if you're having the sore ears issue give that a try, it was a sure fire fix for me. (The also make a velcro cloth piece that you can get to put on them if the strap marks are a big deal killer for you.)The only downside I have had with the loops is that I have to replace them at least a couple times a year as the straps stretch over time and will eventually break (you do not want to sleep with them tied in a knot behind your ear when they do break, let me tell you). Every set I have had has been this way no matter where I bought them from. So with that being the only down side and having found them here for such a great price I can't complain too much. :)As with anything these work fabulously for some of us and not great for others. I believe you have to try them and see how they work for you and then decide. I think often when a product like this doesn't work for one of us we confuse quality with it just not being a good fit for us. YMMV

They don't mess up your hair.
These hurt my ears. I have used these for a very long time and they always hurt my ears. I wish they would work on padding them better. The only reason I pick them is because they do not make my hair look all cockeyed in the morning. All the others also slide up on my hair and I have to keep pushing them down. It kind of defeats the purpose if you have to keep waking up to fix your mask. With all the others that I've tried i have to wash and dry my hair in the morning before i can set foot out of the house. I have not used any mask that were comfortable, i just have to choose the one that's the least aggravating.

Good purchase
I've used the Bella Loops in the past, i like them more than the head gear that orig came with the Swigt FX nasal pillows. I do think $17 - $18 is a lil high, but there were no probs with the prod, it was smooth/easy transaction & very quick hassle free delivery. Makes me a happy customer... Thank you!!

Perfect CPAP solution for women!
As a woman with medium-length hair, all other kinds of CPAP headgear I have tried (six, at least) have slid around on my head at night, bunching up my hair, causing my scalp to itch, etc. I hated them all! I finally realized that some sort of ear loops would be the only thing that would work with most women's hair, so I did an internet search and found these PERFECT Bella loops for Swift FX nasal pillows. No more straps sliding all over my head at night! It took a couple of nights to get the adjustment just right, and these may not work for a side sleeper, but for me, they are the perfect solution! Why didn't someone think of this simple approach sooner? We need women's needs to be considered more often in all health care!!

Try it
After cutting my hair short during the pandemic it became clear that my standard cpap mask straps were impacting my hair across the top of my head. Using these straps seem to have fixed the problem after a few days and my nasal pillows still remain in place. It may not work for everyone, but it's worth the price to give it a try.

You need ear flaps!
I have attached earlobes so the headgear has a tendency to pop off my ears when I lay down. I wish there were some kind of a strap to help keep them on my ears.
