Very fresh and tasty!

Good and fresh

So I was pleased that as a first time shopper that I also received an extra sleeve. A previous review mentioned that she was disappointed that after purchasing so many times they got wise and didn't send her the extra sleeve. I enjoyed trying to match up what I was eating with what was on the card that was sent with that had pictures, names as well as ingredients for each flavor. The black currant (cassis filling) flavor was a tad bit sweet for my preference as black currant is tart but for the masses, I understand why it is extra sweet. Mint chocolate was easy to spot and definitely one of the best flavors. I wasn't impressed by the coconut, I think covered in it like a snowball would be preferable to me. Unexpected awesome flavor was the green tea. The cookie dough was also awesome which was not one of the ones I expected to like as much as I did, they are all good. Out of all the similar pink looking ones, I believe it was the raspberry that I liked the best. Pumpkin was another unexpected super awesome flavor, I actually smelled this one before eating it, it had a delectable fragrance. I was least impressed with what I believe was the sea salt and caramel flavor, it was one of the last ones I tried and it was a process of elimination cross referencing the card. I would recommend these over any other brand/company/bakery. I liked the packaging--ensured that none would be crushed as long as delivery man doesn't drop kick the package.

They shipped the day of that they was suppose to, and was packaged extremely good, none of them was broken. So secure it took me a few minutes to even open it lol. When I finally opened them and tried them I’m kinda disappointed, this is my first time trying macaroons but the flavors of the ones I got I just didn’t really like. (Which was my personal preference.) but the ones that normally everyone likes, like strawberry, blueberry, chocolate, they was very artificially flavored. I think this being $30 is definitely worth it as long as you’re not picky and you like them, but for me it’s just not it. I loved the texture of the cookies they’re fine, airy and crunchy and creamy in the middle. But the flavors threw me off.

Wow! I am amazed. I thought I was ordering only 12 but I was sent another dozen!!! They shipped on Dec 30th and I got them today Jan 4. They are all perfect and none broken up. Only a couple very slightly cracked but no big deal. I feel if I ate them as soon as they were made the same day or next they would be fresh of course. So they do lack freshness but that is to be expected when ordering freshly made food items like this depending on where you live. I highly recommend these. I am a French Macaron snob and I am in love with these. They are beautiful and very tasty. Best of all they come with a card with all the flavors they offer. The ingredients and descriptions of each on back of the card. You won't get every flavor on the card. You get whatever they send but they send a awesome variety. You shouldn't be disappointed with these. This is also my first review on here. I'm not into reviewing things but this review was worth it.

They were a little stale and the Oreo started like blueberry. And the strawberry could have had more flavor. But looked really good. My nephew was wanting to try one and was disappointed in the Oreo. And he also said they were a little hard.

Edited Review 4/14/2022: Today in the mail, I received one sleeve of 12 macarons. Immediately disappointed since I have ordered these many, MANY times in the past and aways, every time, received 24, so naturally that was my expectation. They also used to be sent with cold packs and would usually still be cool. These had no cold packs and all macarons were hot, melty. Would return if I could. This price is not worth 12 macarons of this quality and sent without the right protection. These are hard, crunchy on the outside and have no chewiness or delicacy at all. Flavor is fine but texture is poor. No authentic macaron experience and so overpriced. Do not recommend. Shop around, there are other sellers with 24 macarons for this same price.Original Review from 2017:I'm extremely happy with these for the price. They are beautiful and delicious. I don't know if I'd rely on these for entertaining, as a few will inevitably be cracked. Although most are fully intact. You get an assortment of flavors in two boxes, 12 to each box. Each box included a card showing every flavor. One thing you need to be aware of is that these will not be as soft and delicate as what you’d find in a French patisserie. They are slightly harder and I think that’s due to the fact that they are made to be shipped. (Mail carriers are far from gentle with packages.) Anyway, I do not personally have a problem with this. They are still delicious and do not taste stale whatsoever. I have ordered multiple times and I will purchase again in the future. You really can not beat the price.

I ordered these in the middle of the night on a Friday and received them on Tuesday morning. I was firstly impressed with the amazing packaging on these bad boys. Priority shipping, fragile stickers everywhere. I opened the box and there were ice packs to keep them cold and enough paper to protect them from a baseball bat. When I was finally able to tear through the protective gear, I saw two boxes of the most beautiful macarons with a sheet to identify which is which. After opening the boxes, I found packaging keeping them from hitting themselves and more bubble wrap. Not a single one of these were cracked or crumbled. They were all in beautiful condition. So immediately my boyfriend and I dug in, selecting a few flavors. And each one is absolutely incredible. The shells were perfectly crumbly on the outside and soft and luscious on the inside. And don't even get me started on the burst of flavor from the filling. The fruit flavors were my favorite because you really got a juicy bite, he liked the chocolate themed ones better and they were amazing. I will be immediately ordering more when I get the chance.
