Quality paint, thinned it down 50/50 and applied using an Airbrush. A few drops go a long way, with good coverage.

Not cheap for the volume but mixes well

I am leaving a review for this product for only one reason. The colour match to the name and the images is pretty accurate. I needed some paint to paint over some filler I used on some wood. I managed to get a pretty good match. At least for the project it was good enough to all but mask the original problem. Good images and descriptions saves time, money and effort.

I've tried many paints and the new Humbrols are value for money. They're water based too! Always useful for cleaning too. I will say to use in a basic spray gun they can be tricky to dilute / thin, but I find they're ok.

I suppose this is as good as any paint by Humbrol but I had ordered enamel paints. I won’t use it as I prefer the enamel paint.. The order was refunded. Thank you.

Do I like this paint? Let's just say that this was my first Humbrol Acrylic and on the strength of the experience, I now have 24 bottles! I am new to using acrylics for plastic kit modelling, having only just returned to the hobby. When I was younger, enamels were the norm, and as I recall them, relatively messy and brush cleaning was a chore. Moreover, not being spirit-based, these have no smell to speak of, and if you do get any on furniture, the paint is much easier to remove. The paints work well with an airbrush if thinned with airbrush thinners. They definitely benefir from washing spruces of any release agents etc before painting as I have found masking tape can tend to pull the paint back off the plastic otherwise, but overall, the colours seem accurate, there sis a great range and tjough the bottle size is small, the nozzle allows for very good control of how much is released - therefy saving stacks of otherwise wasted excess.

Goede matte Acrylverf. Redelijk goede hechting en dekking, die hier en daar over moest worden gedaan. De op oliebasis verf van voorheen was beter maar helaas die bestaat niet meer. Al met al een goed product.
