It didn’t work for me, 4 drops or 10 no difference !!

It does help me get to sleep if I am struggling to drift off, the only down side is I seem to have very extreme dreams whatever is in it. It doesn’t stop me from taking it as it is easy to keep beside the bed if you need it

They work for me!
I was on the fence with these - not sure if they would do anything. Theres no real taste. No side effects. No pain relief, but I will tell you, I slept like a baby the first night! After that, I find drifting off to sleep a lot easier/quicker

Amazing
