How do I get replacement parts? 1 of the burning Elements went out

Hello, please contact the seller HuaYe Tech, we will serve you wholeheartedly.

Can this be used with shiny metal like stainless? steel?

I don't think so. Anyway I have already abandoned this. It was very dangerous because the gas was strong due to damage caused by heat.
