Guns N' Roses - Use Your Illusion II (World Tour 1992 in Tokyo)

The greatest concert they ever put on, Axel actually kept his cool and rocked this one out...all the big hits are on this, and if your a fan this is a must have. Play it loud and Slash is a legend !!!

I picked this up and it really shows Guns N’ Roses in their prime. The performance is full of energy and attitude from start to finish, and the crowd adds to the intensity of the whole experience. It feels raw and powerful, like you are watching the band at a time when everything was at its peak. The set keeps moving without dragging and holds your attention the entire way through.

This concert shows Guns & Roses perfoming at their very, very best. This was filmed back in 1992, when G & R were still in their "prime". You get an introduction, plus 10 great G & R classics, with an approximate running time of 90 minutes. Axl Rose is extremely entergentic, and performs very "aggressively" as the lead man, for G&R. The rest of the band, all of them perform at their very, very, best. G&R "Use Your Illustion I & II", are 2 of the greatest hard-rocking concerts, you'll ever see. This concert dvd, along with the companion dvd (Illusion II) are PURE HARD-ROCKING CLASSIC CONCERT DVDS, AT THEIR VERY BEST!!! The line-up: W. Axl Rose - vocals, piano Slash - lead guitar, rhythm guitar Duff McKagan - bass, percussion, background vocals Matt Sorum - drums, percussion, background vocals Dizzy Reed - keyboards, percussion, background vocals Gilby Clarke - rhythm guitar, background vocals The song set: 1.Introduction 2.You Cound Be Mine 3.Drum Solo & Guitar Solo 4.Theme From the "Godfather" 5.Sweet Child of Mine 6.So Fine 7.Rocket Queen 8.Move to the City 9.Knockin' on Heaven's Door (This G&R version is the best version EVER!!!!) 10.Estranged 11.Paradise City (This one is totally "AWESOME", G&R gives it all they have on this one, they hold back nothning. You get Slash coming off the stage, playing the guitar, right in "touching distance" from the crowd. He is escorted by security guards, the crowd, especally the women, are all going WILD!!!!) If you want some good "HARD-ROCKING" fun, then, I highly recommend this one, and the companion dvd (G&R Use Your Illusion II.) Thanks!!!!

This is really good concert of GnR, with solid video and audio, keeping in mind that it took place a while ago when digital technology wasn't used. Note that this is not actually Region 1 DVD, as stated in product description, but region ALL, s oyou shouldn't worry about your DVD player not being able to play it. Of course, I reccomend buying both DVD's of this concert, to get the complete sensation.

Shipping Was Fast! Quality was Great!!, it took me back , to the 70'$ when I first owned it , Glad I was able to get it again one of their better Concerts, compared to what U get from the now, (the band is Good but Axle has lost his voice) anyway Glad it was available for me to purchase!!

I'm not sure why there is no track listing, but the songs are: 1- Intro 2- You Could Be Mine 3- Drum Solo & Guitar Solo 4- Theme from "The Godfather" 5- Sweet Child O' Mine 6- So Fine 7- Rocket Queen 8- Move To The City 9- Knockin' On Heaven's Door 10- Estranged 11- Paradise Sonically, the Tokyo Tour(or this specific date) was not one of their best performances, and I hate the short short-wearing phase Axl went through, and I wished Izzy was on the tour, but GN'R only ever released this video officially(there are countless bootlegs out there, of course), so if you want a concert with the best audio, then you have to get this one. Anyways, if you love Guns, you'll love this. And haters will hate. Let's just enjoy them while we still can. Guns N' Fuckin' Roses.

This is a great concert dvd. GnR plays perfectly. My only complaint is that it's not the entire concert. It felt too short. But for $15 I'd say this dvd is more than worth it.

When i was young i loved Gnr as mad that was the only band beside metallica i respected. i bought both dvd's and i must say honestly that i was not very impressed specially when i saw Axl Rose Jogging around The Stage loosing its breath every time you listened to a song, its not what i remembered of Gnr when i saw it live at the ritz that was a hell of a show, Appetite for destruction and use your Illusion seem to me of two different bands a heavy one for the first and a sissy one the second, sorry still a heavy metal fan.

Is ja egal.

Great product!!!

Great band whats else can I say
