Disappointing product. Seemed fine at first but over time I’ve discovered that the hose kinks very easily and, after just a few weeks, the spray gun leaks significantly.

The hose is fine and so are the connectors but the spray gun sprays out in all directions making me more soaked than the plants. I would like for this component to be replaced without the need to dismantle the hose from the reel as this is not faulty. I have trued to complete a refund but it wants me to send everything back when I only need to replace the spray gun. Is this an option please?

This hose should in no way be described as 'kink resistant,' which is one of the main reasons I bought it. It bends and kinks along its whole length, and you spend more time stratghtening the hose to allow the free passage of water as you do actually hosing. Fact is, it's a rubbish product and should not be marketed. Stay clear.

This hose looked like an amazing offer on first glance. Lots of 5-star reviews. Cheap. Amazing value, I thought.A year on, it’s leaking, again. It’s made of the wrong material, it kinks at every opportunity. Sometimes I think it kinks in a spiteful way: even if untouched. It springs leaks. Using hose lock attachments is fine to start with but the hose material is so soft that connectors leak. Every. Single. Time. Don’t even think about coiling it up. I think it’s shortened my life because my stress levels have increased so much by owning it. Beware. Not for the infirm.

This hose kinks every time I use it - no matter how it's stored and deployed. Poor quality, despite the description - I got sucked in by positive reviews and a low price. If you have never used a garden hose in your life then I can see why you might want to pretend this represents good value, but this hose is easily the worst garden hose I've ever used. I'll go back to tried and trusted 3/4" branded hoses in future.
