Are Mobile Android devices supported?

Yes. It also works with Android devices.

How loud/noisy/quiet are the buttons?

I can’t get to mine right now, but I use it to control a teleprompter app on my iPad for YouTube videos. Do not remember it making any sound. Definitely doesn’t get picked up on my Rode Wireless Go 2 with or w/o the lapel mic.

It says Windows 10 is not supported. Has anyone ever tried it?

Hello, Thank you for reaching out to us in regards to your question. We can confirm it will not work with Windows devices. Best Regards, Satechi Technical Support

Is this comparable with iPad 9th gen?

I'd think so. With this remote, it's more important that the software you want to drive is known to do the right thing. I searched through the reviews here to make sure it flipped pages in my wife's ebook reader (it did).
