Awesome quality, didn’t even need to fill base up, the suction cups are very strong. The bag is well made. Very easy installation. This is quite easily the best purchase we’ve made in a while.

First, a caution...the suction cups are strong. Really strong. My laminate floor pulled up when we used this the first time and that floor was well-installed. So, one recommendation: Use sand for weight, not the cups, for stability. Also, it is hard to get a full 100 pounds of sand into the base. It fits more like 80 or so. But the bag is well made, and unless you are like my son, built like an American bulldog and very strong, this bag is just fine. My wife and I love it and it holds up to punches and kicks quite well. (Do not hit this bag without gloves. Your wrists and knuckles will hate you if you do.)

Overall this is a great standing bag. If you're not on a smooth surface where the suction cup won't get a good vacuum seal and the standing bag will move a lot when you punch or kick it. I have mines filled with water and it was enough to keep it from tipping over, although if you really wanted to I'm sure you can tip it over with some high kicks.Best of luck with your workouts!!

The only downside to this is that it’s starting to buckle where I punch it. Otherwise I like the design with the wobble (keeps it from toppling over) and the suction cups on the bottom make it so that you don’t have to fill the base.

I kick boxed for a while but haven’t in some time. I wanted to get back into it without the cost, so I bought this bag. I also bought a bag of sand to fill it and it works better than I expected. It isn’t a super wide bag, but it does just fine. Super easy to put together. The suction isn’t perfect on a concrete floor, but I have it heavy enough to stay in its place.

This product has been my best investment ever. My adult daughter with autism whole world shut down with Covid 19. I was running out of ideas and I took a gamble with this for her. She loves it. We love it as a family!Easy to assemble... we didn’t use the suction cups and this is the very giftable!
