This is a lot bigger, wider, and longer than I thought, so I am pleasantly surprised. I really like the nice, ridged design in the bottom. This makes it so the mat won't slip around. I like to do floor exercises, and although we have carpet, doing sit-ups and other exercises sometimes is uncomfortable and outs unnecessary pressure on your tailbone.I have a puffy, soft type of exercise mat which I've had for a while. I don't like that one because it moves around and is very slick. If you sweat it makes the mat wet. The material also sticks to your skin. It's nice and attractive in theory, but isn't very practical. This is a stark contrast to that one. This has so many practical features that I will list them below.Features:-This comes with a mesh bag and strap, so you can take it with you just about anywhere, easily!-The mat fits easily into the bag without a lot of pushing and manipulating it.- The bottom is ridged and won't move around in the floor.- The top also is textured, so you won't move around on the mat as you exercise.-The material is a dense foam that reminds me of memory foam a little, and is dense enough that it doesn't need to be thick, but it is soft enough that it yields a little to form pressure.Summary:I don't see any room for improvement, because this has most of what you're looking for in an exercise mat. It is portable, easy to store away, and makes exercising feasible just about anywhere.I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.

I really like this mat! It isn't overly thick but it is so comfortable. It doesn't slip on the floor nor do my feet slip on the mat. I love that it comes with both a bag and a carrying strap, there are times that one is preferable over the other. It is easy to wipe down and easy to roll up and store. It has a subtle pattern on it that when I first saw it I thought the mat was cut crooked, but once I stepped back I realized it was a subtly hourglass shaped pattern.I received this product at a discount in exchange for my unbiased and honest review. Great product. This is just what I needed to help me exercise more. I have played a lot of soccer and had trouble with my knees in the past. With this mat I can exercise in comfort. Highly recommended!
