When delivering quality chocolate in India frozen poach are needed!
We did put the 2 Milka tablets immediately in a fridge, but it was already damaged and melted when given by delivery person. Other companies using Amazon for expensive chocolates like Lindt or Milka are protecting it with frozen small plastic poach, and the chocolate arrive in perfect condition, not that one. Won’t purchase anymore from this company until they do the same.

Product is the Best, Albeit the seller sent it without cooling pads
If you love chocolate go for it!I would however suggest the seller to put the cooling pads while sending it (as is done with Prime).Chocolate was delivered melted and distorted.Now, if the seller adds the cooling pads then we'll and good.If not, I suggest y'all not to purchase this.
