What is the difference between this and flymo easiglide plus 300v

The plus has a clear plastic window so you can see how much grass has been collected. That's all. Sounds like a waste of time to me as it'll only get dirty over time, so less see-through. I tend to use weight to know when to empty the box.

Has anyone else experienced grass coming out everywhere when mowing? We aren’t sure why this could be as it doesn’t seem normal

Our only experience of grass coming out of the mower is when we allow the grass collection box to overfill - otherwise the mower has worked perfectly.

As a man, i use a lawn mower for a secondary function which is to literally vacuum dog feaces up off the lawn..will this do the job?

No it won't !! It will just push all the dig poo into the lawn. Why not pick it up in a plastic bag like most sensible people do !
