Great shoes, correct sizing and supportive + comfortable
I was looking for a replacement for my Merrell Moab 3 as the size 12 I had in them was getting a bit tight around the toes as I wear orthotics. These Columbias are a proper size 12 as Merrells always come up a half to a full size too small.Lots of room around my toes even with my orthotics in the shoes. The shoes themselves provide plenty of support and I’m finding them very comfortable.Decent price and a brand I’ve not tried before but will buy again when they need replacing.

Solid walking/trail shoe.
Comfortable shoe that hasn't fallen apart yet! Fit is fine - true to my ideal size; supports is good for a shoe - no twisted ankles. Would buy again if I needed to.

Nice shows for casual walks
Comfy and good looking shoe. Not getting 5 as I don’t think they’ll last that long as starting to show a little wear already

Exactly what they are designed for
Caveat: I'm a great fan of Columbia footwear .. have several pairs. These seem as well made as previous and more sturdy than a somewhat lighter trainer style .. these are decent robust approach shoes or hiking trainers ... They have fairly rigid sole and a protective rock band at front of toe so ok for scrambling ... The materials are good and sizing is accurate. I read a few comments about waterproofing.... Now I find the whole issue of waterproof trainer style footwear rather ridiculous. If you wanna hike and want waterproof footwear you need boots with waterproof trousers... Or else the water will naturally wick down your socks. This is particularly important in a trainer height shoe.. you are far better off with breathable trainers ... If you cross a stream and they get soaked... the water will come out ...or empty them out n wring socks out. It's worth noting that in the wettest environments like jungles etc soldiers wear boots with drainage holes in the bottom ... This with decent foot care reduces trench foot. So ignore the waterproof complaints 😁

Bought for work, they are very comfortable and seem well made so should last a long time, just bear in mind they are not waterproof but this means they will be alot cooler in the summer
