I made koji rice and bean
The media could not be loaded. I put the powder in a salt shaker and spread it on some cooled rice and beans. It molded up pretty good and from what the internet was saying it looked and tasted like I sucsessfully made koji rice. It had a sweet and fermented smell. Very happy with this purchase. The koji colonized across the beans and rice well and there was no foul smell
