I think that it is probably 86%. That is the percentage in the Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate Squares. I would assume that they use the same premium chocolate, add the sea salt and the crushed almonds.

The online ad display clearly indicates a '6 COUNT" of bags but they only sent me 1 bag. When I requested that they send the other 5 bags I paid for, they sent me 1 more bag. I contacted customer service and received a full refund. Seems like a very stupid way to do business. I never did count the exact number of squares in one bag but I think there were maybe 9 or 10
