These have become my new favorite guilty pleasure!! Great tasting dark chocolate, not bitter at all, IMHO. The perfect size for after dinner dessert or to help curb a craving. Love the little crunch from the almond bits and the subtle taste of sea salt. Great price with 4-pack, especially if you take advantage of the Subscribe & Save program.

This has become my "comfort food" chocolate. It's the baseline for which all other dark chocolate is compared. The sea salt brings out the chocolate flavor and sweetness in a way you would never believe if you haven't tried chocolate with sea salt. The almonds add a hint of nutty flavor that isn't overpowering. Ghirardelli adds some chocolate liquor to tie it all together. I'm one of those people who goes out of their way to avoid milk chocolate. It's simply too sweet for my tastes and it has too much sugar.

Can't go wrong with Ghirardelli dark chocolate, never found any better. I especially like the fact that the almond is in small pieces throughout the square, rather than having to chew a whole nut and the rest of the bar/square having no nuts. I provide them to friends and helpers, some of whom can't chew well. They are a favorite of many. Ghirardelli does not ship in hot weather but Amazon does, making them available year round. Highly recommend.

I ordered the 6 bag deal. I had to throw nearly all of them away. Very few of the individually wrapped pieces of candy had not changed to very light color- they were ruined. I was very disappointed.

I still have some bags of this chocolate that I bought last year and kept in the refrigerator to keep them fresh. When I opened one I was stunned to see 24 squares in it. The ones I recently bought back east where I also live only have about 12 or so. What a rip off. Just because they can do it doesn't make it right. Won't be buying anymore even though they are very good. Plenty of options for dark chocolate.

Delicious! Great variety, especially if you like dark chocolate. If you prefer milk, you would enjoy these as well. They are not too bitter like some dark chocolate, and the flavors are delicious. Sea Salt and dark chocolate are one of my favorite combinations. Ghirardelli knows how to make chocolate. I bought these to give away at Christmas, but I ended up eating one package myself!
