SaltWrap Mag R&R Nighttime Muscle Cramp Relief, 90 Caps

This has saved me! I was taking gabapentin for night time Restless Leg Syndrome. My doctor quit and I couldn’t find a doctor that would prescribe it for me. Holy cow Batman!! This stuff flat works. I was getting crazy severe cramps in my hamstrings, or worse the ones from my groin down the inside of my legs to the knee. I couldn't clear them, it was very difficult to walk them out, Sometimes it would take 3minutes of walking through the house to clear them. Then to lay back down and have them come back again throughout the night. The last one was the final straw, both legs hamstrings and inside legs pulled up at the same time. I did a lot of research on products to help with my debilitating leg cramps. I found this product. I was very skeptical. I have a routine of magnesium and potassium that keeps the cramps from destroying my legs, but I still get cramps in the night that feel like a hot knife cutting my legs. I also have sleep problems. The first night I took two tablets and I noticed improvement. I then increased to the three tablets. My body and leg cramps have basically disappeared. I sleep so much better. The swelling in one of my legs has gone down. I have felt so much better since I started this product. I give it 5 stars.

I’ve got neuropathy that used to cause horrible cramping at night. This Mag R&R that I read about did cut the nighttime cramps way down, I get better sleep now and give them credit.

I started out taking 2 a night for 2 weeks. Still would have cramps after about 6 hours. Once I worked up to taking 3 per night I have not had any night leg cramps. Been taking them for 3 weeks.

These made a world of difference, I take 2 at night and I no longer have muscle cramps in my legs. I’ve order them 3 times. I have been taking just Magnesium for years but theses work so much better, plus my joints feel better that don’t have to take celebrex except as needed. No side affects to my kindness either because I’m a diabetic.

I bought these for my nighttime leg cramps and restless sleep. I've used magnesium creams, some of which have helped. At first I was impressed with the capsules as they did relieve the tension and pain in my legs. It would last about 5-6 hours which is better than most creams. I started taking one, then two at night before bed. By the 4th day I was experiencing nightmares. Not just bad dreams but scary nightmares. The ingredient that causes nightmares is the Ashwagandha (root). Everything else is good like the melatonin and magnesium. so I stopped taking them. Disappointed!

My night time leg cramps have stopped. It also helps me to fall asleep faster.
