I use it right before I eat
These really help, I wish they could have a higher count in a bottle, like 50, 100, 150, 200. I have to buy several bottles of this. It sure helps my tummy.

An everyday must for me!
This product is a life saver for me as a vegan!! All my meals have beans, veggies, or grains that can cause gas/bloat. I notice a huuuge difference when I take this regularly vs. when I don’t. The only reason I can’t give it a full 5 stars is because I received a bottle that was empty! Customer service fixed this problem promptly and appropriately however. I will still continue to purchase and use this product. I also prefer the meltaways to the pills.
