I also use a night serum. Can I use this with it? If so does this product go before or after the night serum

You can absolutely use another serum in conjunction with Good Genes. We recommend Good Genes first, followed by your night serum.

I have two questions: 1) is this a serum or a cream to use day or night? 2) is it safe to use if you live in a hot sunny place like Florida?

Good Genes is a serum that can be used both day and night. If using during the day (especially in the sunshine state!) make sure you're finishing your routine with a strong SPF, as lactic acid can increase sun sensitivity.

Do you apply this with your hand or with a cotton pad?

Finger tips - you’ll waste a ton having it absorb into a cotton round.

Whats is a good pre cleaner for my face

I like the product but I did not notice much difference in my skin, after the sales person promised me miracles. lol
