No, they are not. Missha sells in China, which requires that products be tested on animals before being put on the market. Frankly, I'm not even sure if Missha strives to be cruelty free in Korea. Aside from Neogen, R:EP, and Klairs, no other Korean beauty products (that I'm aware of) are cruelty free. The caption says it's the new 2015 intensive version, but it's 130mL unlike the new 150mL. Is this an old version?

I just received mine and can confirm its the new 2015 intensive version and it's 130mL. Perhaps they have two sizes? Given that you only use a few drops at a time the 130mL seems to be more than plenty. Hope that helps!
