Great content, horrible production
The book itself looks great, but the paperback edition by Amazon is horrible. (The covers are too thin and curl outwards, and the book does not open properly. I'm guessing this is because it has been printed digitally rather than on offset litho, where attention is paid the the direction of the paper's grain, which determines if paperbacks open properly.)
