NEOUZA Compatible Label Tape Replacement for Brother TZ 531 TZe 531 12mm PTouch 8m 2PK

I bought this generic Brother P-Touch TZe431 1/2"(12mm) Black on Red label cartridge because Brother doesn't make 'em in 1/2" sizes. Shipping time from Autocar in China was about a week, the labels fit and work just like they're supposed to. The only nit-pick I have is that the background color was more of an orange-red than a bright red.Note:Part numbers are TZe + background color code + size code + text color code.Background color code = 1 (clear), 2 (white), 3 (black), 4 (red), 5 (blue), 6 (yellow), 7 (green) & B (orange)Tape size code = 1 (1/4",6mm), 2 (3/8",9mm), 3 (1/2",12mm), 4 (3/4",18mm), 5 (1",24mm)Text color code = 1 (black), 2 (red), 3 (blue), 4 (gold), 5 (white)For example a 3/8" tape of Black on Red is TZe421.Not every color combination and size exists

I bought a package of two of these. The first one I put in never would spool right. The black carbon came out with the white and clear and was a total mess. It never printed correctly because of this, no matter how many times I took it out and tried to see how to make it feed correctly. I finally gave up with the defective cartridge. I put in the second one, totally expecting to have the same problem, but it works as the OEM that I had used previously. Stick with OEM if you want problem-free.

JUST WHAT I NEEDED! Was giving away sunglasses at our tropical themed wedding - these were already logo'd from another giveaway (that were being thrown away) and I used this tape to put our hashtag/names/date, etc. to cover the logo. Guests really liked them. The tape was a tad 'taller' than I needed, but I just got creative, and used 'fancy scissors' {the ones for scrapbooking with designs) to give the items a little more fun/oomph. Really glad I got this. The sunglass arms were blue, so these were great!

The cassette is a perfect fit for my P-Touch printer. The gold on clear tape is hard to find but is very pretty. I give my family Lenox ornaments each and I like to have the date on the ornament. If the ornament is not an annual or can't be personalized I need to add the year myself. I have tried gold in pens but there is no room for error. Having this option will open up new choices for ornaments.

I have never in my life been what you'd call organized - chaotic is closer to the mark. I am now making a concentrated effort to tame the chaos, and one part of the plan is labelling everything so that my family cannot claim that they don't know where to put things away. (The chaos is not entirely of my making.) This tape has worked everywhere I've used it except in the freezer, which I didn't really expect to stick. The printing is almost always clear and solid, and the colors are great. I will definitely continuing buying this brand.

I recently ordered from NEOUZA5 rolls of 24mm fluorescent green2 rolls 9mm fluorescent green2 rolls 12mm fluorescent greenI have a problem with the color of the 12mm and 24mm rolls. maybe they are defective or slipped through quality control? The 12mm and 24mm rolls are not fluorescent green, more like yellow. The 9mm rolls are in fact fluorescent green and its color matches the sticker on the cartridges. You can see the 24mm and 12mm rolls are yellowish and the 9mm is fluorescent green. I spent $68 on all my orders with Neouza. I contacted the seller and I will update the review if they make it right on the 24mm and 12mm rolls.

More than half of each tape wasted. I had to print everything twice to get my labels printed. This was a real pain and a waste of time and money. Same labels print perfectly every time with other cartridges I have.

First dispenser backed up into the cartridge after ~ 33% use. Total loss. Just installed the second. IF this one does the same thing I will ask for FOC replacements.

Bought a half dozen of these, they either print great, or they print randomly crappy. One of them even broke inside the cassette so it didn't work at all. I "think" I saved money in the long run... but it's rather annoying that they're such hit and miss when it comes to printing or actually working.They seem to stick well to cables, but if they're like Brother's original labels they'll start to peel off in a year.

Supposed to be white on red. More like light grey on pink. Not nearly as good contrast as the original but the original seems to be no longer available.
