I use thesae functional powdered mushroom mix almost daily for abut 5 yer now. I make sure I do not run out as I really notice the differnce in my overall wellness and energy when I use them regularly. Once I didnt use them for 6 months and my grey hari returned. These mushorroms have helped to preserve ny natural hair colour and reduce greying.

Have been using them for an about a week so to early to tell if they are making a difference yet. Easy to take no after taste have not had any side effects fast delivery well packaged

Decent price, both myself and roommate have been using for about six weeks and can’t see any change unfortunately perhaps we just need to give it more time.

I didn't want to write a review until I was a few weeks into taking them but I've noticed a HUGE difference! I have adhd so it's hard to focus and I've managed to wake up and actually get tasks done that I've wanted too and had so much better focus, my health has even improved I was struggling with a chesty cough for months and cleared up since starting these! Highly recommend this is definitely a supplement I will be sticking too for a long time

I’ve been taking this mushroom complex for about two weeks now. I originally bought it because I had been feeling quite low in energy, especially in the mornings, and wanted to try something that could support my general energy and wellbeing. Of course, I wasn’t expecting any kind of miracle, and I think it’s important to be realistic with supplements like this. However, after around two weeks of taking it consistently, I have noticed a difference. The main thing I’ve noticed is that I wake up feeling more energetic and without that heavy, tired feeling I was experiencing before. Interestingly, I also feel a little calmer overall, which I wasn’t necessarily expecting. It’s still quite early and I’ll continue taking it to see how I feel over a longer period, but so far my experience has been positive. Overall, I’m happy with it so far and would recommend it to anyone interested in trying a mushroom complex, while keeping realistic expectations about what a supplement can do.

Tuve un brote de psoriasis y me lo trataba con crema corticoides. Nunca había tenido psoriasis y el brote fue pequeño, un poco en los dedos de las manos. Por este motivo busqué en libros de planeas medicinales y leí que los hongos, algunos de ellos, podían ser beneficiosos. Así que me decidí por comprar en esta casa si completo de hongos + cúrcuma + jengibre que es un complemento muy acertado. Pues tengo que decir que no he vuelto a tenerla incipiente psoriasis. Y siento que me ayudan, sobre todo y objetivamente no he tenido en este tiempo el brote. He comprado el segundo bote de hongos. Muy contenta. Lo recomiendo.
