The elastic at the back is totally loose

I'm giving it two stars only cos the cloth was non bleeding and good black.The waist was bad and not sure if it's elasticor some threads but whatever they used to hold the waistline came out so fast. It became so loose to wear ...I barely washed it 3 or 4 times .it came with a pocket and two strings all of which came off in one wash itself.Now it's of no use and had to discard it.And to imagine you can get better quality in good cotton for less than half the price I had to pay for this ...I'm upset cos I was looking for this style of bottom wear for longtime
