Heavy Bag I Beam Hanger
i bought this to hang a 130 pound heavy bag from my basement steel I beam. This is a better option than hanging it from a wood joist and risk transferring noise to the room above it. Installation was simple. The bag is very secure and the bracket allows the bag to move so it somewhat simulates an opponent moving in front of you.

Exceptional mount for larger I-Beams
I purchased the IB 2100 I-Beam mount for a 70 lb. punching bag. The mount easily fit my 6 inch I-beam and its rock solid. After several sessions, the mount has held firm in place and I don’t anticipate it will come loose. This mount is of very high quality and was packed well. I’ve purchased other products from Pro Mountings in the past and have never been disappointed. Their customer service is top notch as well.
