I am just starting out on my cheese making Journey, these are the perfect size. Easy to work with.

I ordered these to make a more shaped farmers cheese than "random flattened cheesecloth" shape, and they worked perfectly. The cheesecloth it comes with is large and perfect for doing a double layer in this size. The only drawback is that it was difficult to balance a weight on top for pressure - it probably works great with a press, but I don't have one of those yet. They were incredibly easy to clean!

Perfect size for the type of cheese I’m making. Great quality, easy to wash, and it also works to press tofu. Love the cheese cloth.

These cheese presses are fairly small. About 5.5 inches diameter by 3 inches tall. They are surprsingly sturdy. The cheese cloth that comes with them is decent quality but there are better options. While these are decent quality, I dont recommend them because the follower is much smaller than the opening of the mold. There is about a 1/4 inch gap between the follower and the wall of the mold. The gap results in an unwanted lip on cheese surfaces. My other issue is that these are advertised as holding 1.5 liters of curd when the molds can take about half of that. These molds would be nice for small cheeses that dont need pressing. And more firm cheese would benefit from a better mold.

It is as described but unfortunately the photos do not illustrate how tiny this is. Disappointing in that regard. Couldn't find anything mentioning the size etc but assumed in the context of the photos thought it would be at least standard dinner plate width - very disappointed. Held up by Customs for weeks as well when its clearly not any sort of threat to either America or Australia. I'd keep looking....
