I was looking everywhere for a birthday hat that had a 4 on it. 1 and 2 is super easy to find but past that it gets tricky but I finally came across this hat and had to get it for my Dalmatians 4th birthday! It fit him great. The strap was comfy and stretchy so it could fit probably any size head. The hat itself wasn’t as big as a standard party hat which I liked. Doggie approved!

2 year old didn’t really want to wear it long, but it was perfect for what I wanted & I at least got a couple good pictures! Sturdy hat & the Pom was attached well.

So adorable. My only feedback would be to have an adjustable neck string as it was a little tight.

I used this for my dog’s first birthday but it’s cuter in person than I expected from the photos. Stood up to her knocking it around. Perfect for what I wanted it for.
