Is this bottle the same width as a standard plastic bottle?

The width of the Dopper bottle is 2.6 inches. In comparability to a ‘standard’ water bottle, its difficult to tell since water bottles are made by different brands and come in different shapes and sizes.

How many ounces does it hold? One place says 15.25 and another says 25, but there are no options to choose a size.

It will hold 16 ounces without the cap.
