OtterboxDefender Case for Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G, Shockproof, Drop Proof, Ultra-Rugged, Protective Case, 4x Tested to Military Standard, Black

Screen was damaged when inserted into Otterbox Defender case. Overall the s21 ultra is great, but the factory mounted screen protector came off at 3 places, when I inserted my s21 ultra into the Otterbox Defender case. I would not blame the case for that - Otterbox is excellent quality and have protected many phones for me, and survived many drops. I would say the factory mounted screen protector on the s21 ultra, should come with a warning - probably some vaseline on the phone, before inserted into the otterbox case would have prevented the screen damage. But I am still very happy with my s21 ultra extra protected by otterbox, excellent call quality on slack, zoom, teams, and works perfect with 2 nano sim cards inserted. Otterbox makes sure my phone survives a lot of drops, so a little cosmetic damage to screen is fine.

!!!Worth being aware of!!!Agree with first review.Not a complaint as the level of protection is amazing.However yes the top layer does ruin the pre-installed screen protector and this should be addressed before getting to the user.Otherwise best case there is. Had already purchased the Spigen Tough Armour case. Unfortunately that case been redesigned for this phone and there is little side screen protection.This otterbox defender is amazing for that and if you put the holster in front you have 360 degree protection. The rear cut-out is also raised several mm not just one or two so superior protection for the hefty camera block on the back.

I was so confused on what to get as a case and after many reviews went for this one. It is super easy to fit remember to put your sim in the phone first (I was that person that didn't:) ).I have a screen protector on my phone and it did not cause any issues with it catch on it or peeling it off.The design and rubber full surround gives me great confidence on protection. It is raised around the camera lenses so on flat surfaces it protects them touch the surface. I am trying to find a solution I am happy with still as to separate Lens protector.

The case is awesome,great protection,no fingerprints,easy to hold!The problem is when it goes back in your pocket!.......it is too big and bulky for my taste!

Fit perfectly super durable I'm always dropped my phone and being made for a plastic inner and rubber outer it great so after I do drop it there's no marks on the case either
