Does what it says in the title
I've always wanted a jawline exercisor but wasn't too keen on the ones that use your front teeth, and the ones that come in separate pieces look too fidly. this one is similar to a boxing mouthguard and I've noticed a big difference in my jawline in just one week of use. Ps always rotate between sets to ensure any sharp points of your teeth don't cause damage to it & it will last for a long time

I find it bulky and it makes me wretch when I try to use it . I'm not saying it's a bad product. The quality seems fine, it's just not good for me .

Unbelievable Results

Esta perfecto no te hace daño el material blando del que está hecho aguanta perfectamente la mordida. De todas formas tened en cuenta que las personas que no están acostumbradas a hacer este ejercicio les dolerá la mandíbula y la cabeza tras realizarlo el producto esta muy bien quizá de tamaño sea un pelin grande.

Great product! Except it’s weak from upper and lower sides
It works great! Only problem is that it’s weak from the upper and lower biting sides. It works better when bitting from the right and left side's. This product can be improved from manufacturer. By switching the the biting sides around. Check out the photos. I been biting on the right and left sides. No rip or anything! 😃
