Yes yes yes… this is for gear box and center link steering… not for rack and pinion style starting in 07 I believe on gm 1500s and suvs

No that is only for the four-wheel drives it will not work on a two-wheel drive

The inner tie rods no. But the bar that the inner tie rods connects to should.
