I got this as part of treatment for tendinopathy. The product seems to be in good condition - pure white powder and appropriately sour. I want to consume about 2g per day, but measuring it is inconvenient. I wish they had provided a scoop for measuring out 1g. This is common practice for all creatine bottles.

This Ascorbic acid is very unstable. It oxidizes very rapidly. Not suitable for long term use and storage. Maybe okay for quick use - use within a month or so. I properly shielded the jar/bottle from LIGHT, used SILICA GEL to reduce moisture, tightly SEALED the package against oxygen and kept the bottle in DARK corner. But still contents oxidized, turned into a SOLID LUMP and turned BROWN! NOT RECOMMENDED for long term storage and use. If your use case is Vitamin C supplement then you are better off buying Vitamin C tablets for daily use. NOT RECOMMENDED for any DAILY use!
