I am not often leaving the reviews but this is the one I must do. I just received it today and already red half. As a parent of child with ARFID we just found few weeks ago this is so helpful. It explains everything and give the clear idea of what and why your child might respond to food the way they are. It is written by professionals but also very clear and easy language so it is something you can read without being a specialist. The best buy in the past few months. MUST HAVE!!!
