Review: Very impressed - I’m very happy with these weights. I bought them to make kimchi with. They come nicely packaged (safe and secure for delivery but also storage). They looks quite pretty. In terms of their use they are a good weight to keep your ferments below the brine level. I have used them in a classic kilner jar as well as a fermentation vessel that i bought from lakeland. They seem to be the right size to fit most vessels. Highly rate these and for quite a good price.

I’m very happy with these weights. I bought them to make kimchi with. They come nicely packaged (safe and secure for delivery but also storage). They looks quite pretty. In terms of their use they are a good weight to keep your ferments below the brine level. I have used them in a classic kilner jar as well as a fermentation vessel that i bought from lakeland. They seem to be the right size to fit most vessels. Highly rate these and for quite a good price.
