How long does the battery last for?

Don't know, but it lasted for as long as I needed it for my wife's birthday.

what size is the card?

Probably about 6" x 6". But I don't recommend this card. When you open it right to left, you have to turn it to view the cake inside. It doesn't plan automatically so you have to push a button under the cake. And there was no stickum on the envelope so I had to tape it shut.

Does it have glitter?

The card didn't work at all. But no glitter.

What song does it play?

Plays happy birthday but very hard to find the button to play it .It does not automatically p!at when you open the card and the song is very weak sounding ,,,,,, would not buy again
