Very nice set
I use these to decorate family cakes and cookies. These are nice tips and bags. Love that I am not throwing away plastic bags every time I need to decorate a cake. They last a long time. Easy to fill and use. Lots of tips to choose from. Love that they come in a nice box. I even bought more of the bags to have as extras in case I needed them. I think only one has broke in the 4 years since buying them.

Excellent Customer Service
I purchased this set and was very excited when it arrived! The only issue I had with the kit is that the tips were not numbered so they could not be readily identified. I contacted Kootek Customer Service and to my surprise they immediately offered me a full refund or replacement kit that was numbered. My initial thought was to get a refund. But, since I was otherwise happy with the purchase, other than the tips not being numbered, I decided to go with a replacement kit instead of a refund! The replacement kit arrived within days, but in the interim I was contacted by Kootek Customer Service with shipping information so I could track the shipment progress. I did not expect this high level of service and interest, but it is good to know from firsthand experience that there are still some companies who care about their customer's satisfaction post purchase. My new replacement set (58 piece numbered kit) arrived in days, and out of the box I was very satisfied with my decision to accept the replacement kit instead of a refund. I have also been contacted on two occasions by Customer Service to make sure the replacement kit arrived and if I was satisfied. I have been very impressed with the follow-up and count myself as one "happy and satisfied customer"! Great job Kootek and WAY TO GO! Not too many companies out there that I know of that have this level of customer service focus like Kootek did. By the way, I have already used the replacement kit and the piping tips were great on my cupcakes!

Not labeled and a few were bent.
Took over a month to receive the piping set and it was unsatisfactory to say the least. They are not labelled so you don’t know what you’re using but also a few of the important tips (3) total were bent! Honestly the piping bag is easy to clean but it is small. This maybe a good starting out kit if they weren’t bent.

Depends what you want to pipe.
Ok so I needed some tips and bags and this was pretty much the only option to get here fast enough since I procrastinated. But! The tips are decent. Wish it had a larger round tip in it. The coupler threads line up well and did not come loose or cause any other silly issues. The case is garbage but we're not buying it for the case people. The bags. Here's where I am torn. First, they're small. Gotta keep filling them up. Theres some odd loop on the top of the bags... to secure it perhaps?? I don't know. It's silly, just twist and hold it properly. My real problem while using the bags is that they are stretchy. Like a very thick medical glove. Never felt like they were unstable or about to bust from defect but some things just require a good old cloth pastry bag. SO! If you want something easy to handle, this is it. Piping something soft? This is gonna be your new best friend. Buttercream you say? It'll handle that like a beast since you can see where any air bubbles are hiding and maneuver them out easily. Piping a linzer torte? Nope. Thick cold lebkuchens onto oblatens? Absolutely not. The bag will burst on you if you try to force cold firm anything through it. It's too stretchy. And you'll be refilling it every 5 minutes. One batch of macarons and I was able to pipe about 50 1.25" shells before refilling. I know that's not the end of the world. But I just want bigger cloth bags. This is a GOOD little set depending on your use. Price I paid for the whole thing is worth it for the tips so I'll be finding some cloth bags now!
