Eat nothing the day of try to stop smoking a couple days or a day before your test if you do smoke don’t over do it take a couple hits here and there. make a long story short start flushing 3 hours before test 2 bottles of water then detox drink then 2 more bottles of water if you can handle it 3 bottles is plenty make sure you urinate 3 times before your test when your asked to take your test pee a little bit into the toilet then fill the cup you’ll have plenty of fluid for there needs if you follow this routine you’ll be just fine if you fail you didn’t follow directions water is key because this DOES NOT FLUSH THC out your system all it does is make you pee water and Omni is to put back the vitamins and creatine into your urine so you don’t get a negative dilute result good luck very effective and easy to use and remember start 3 hours before your test

I used to take this back in 2009 for 2 years straight worked every time but I stopped smoking for over a month and found this again thinking it would still work but doesn't work at all anymore I think because the 2 pills doesn't come with it anymore definitely was a waste of money I'm still testing positive for THC

I had used the Single capsules in the past and they work every time. This time I used the small bottle of liquid… I will admit that I used two of them just to be sure but, it works. Had to take a DOT physical to which you have to get naked so yeah… No way to do it any other way and it works… Follow the directions and you will be fine… I may add that abstained for six days prior and a heavy smoker. I done a self test from Walgreens one hour after I left the clinic and tested hot so the time window is important. This would be my fifth success with Omni. I had a lot riding on this one though. It’s the only one I could recommend with a clear conscience ….
