SAFETY FIRST: Mechanically inclined birds are known for their ability to open just about any quick link on the market. If in doubt, test the harness & leash indoors first. In cases where there is a chance that a pet may open a quick link, we recommend following the manufacturer’s easy-to-follow instructions that are included in each package. PLEASE NOTE: The hardware that comes with the harness may differ from that of the photo (different by size). Not all birds can be trained to wear a bird harness and not all bird owners are equipped to train birds. With most birds, it will require time and patience and a slow approach. If you have never trained a bird on the harness, please let us know and we will send you a link to a training video. In cases where a bird owner is at risk of being bitten and/or pet birds are known to dislike handling, training on a bird harness may not make sense until mutual trust has been established and a pet is comfortable with being touched and manhandled.

Excellent.
I am still training my green cheek conure for this harness but it is excellent. Well built and good quality, it's exactly his size. Additionally, I had problems with getting my package here and so I contacted the sellers, and they were extremely nice and understanding and were a huge help to get me my product. Thank you so much!

Good product
Was easy to put on my bird. I do not clip her feathers and I feel safe and secure while taking her outdoors.

Unsatisfartory
My Greenwing macaw took about 5 minutes to completely destroy this harness.

Better stitching needed
The stitching was coming apart upon receiving it. Fits my lovebird fine though

Decent Harness, works as advertised
Pretty good product, works as advertised for the most part. However, it can be easily chewed up and destroyed by your feathered friend, so take care to watch him or her at all times when the harness is on. I have an Eclectus parrot, and the medium size fit pretty well; not too loose, not too tight. Try to get your bird as familiar and comfortable with the harness as possible before attempting to put it on, otherwise getting it over your bird's head will be quite the challenge.

Not so simple
Haven't figured out how to approach bird. Directions are more complicated than I expected.
