do i put this on top of my moisturizer or underneath?

You should put your moisturizer first. However, this sunscreen is very thick and I find that I can do without a moisturizer. :). It’s moisturizing itself.

Hi, it leaves no white cast on darker skin (I’m in the deep shade foundation range) however something to be mindful of is that it is on the greasier side and will leave you sorta shiny
