Water Gear All Neoprene Force Gloves

Bought these water gear gloves for my husband. He uses them while snorkeling. He is very happy with them. They fit well. They performed well in the water. He said they were comfortable. Even after wearing them repeatedly, they are lasting. These are good quality gloves that are well made.

I have been swimming and doing water aerobics for many years. Several years ago I tore a rotator cuff (shoulder) from using water weights. My physical therapist advised me to stop the weights and use aquatic gloves. My first gloves, a different product, were not comfortable and did not wear well. However, the neoprene gloves which were recommended to me by my aeorbic instructor have proved to fit well and wear well. The zipper makes them easy to put on and off. They add just the right amount of restistance to my water workouts. I recommend them to everyone!

I love these gloves. The Velcro tab keeps them snug around my ultra-thin wrists and they fit really well. The resistance is fairly strong and my arms and shoulders get a really good workout. They are well made and sturdy. I expect to use them for several years. I tried another pair first, in the Aquafitness exercise set, and they are nearly useless compared to these. I highly recommend them.

I like the fit and I was surprised at how much power they added to my freestyle stroke.

Gloves work well. Gives your arms a good workout like using arm weight machine at the gym. Even XL is snug fit esp for first month or so, they become less tight as time goes on. Durability is fair. I use them about 1 hour a day, 6 days a week for water exercise. After 4 months they are very worn. At 6 months they are hanging by a thread and had to be replaced.

These give good resistance. However, the closed fingers don't allow sick drying and don't seem as clean as those with open fingers.

I go to the pool three times per week. I have been using these type of gloves fr over 5 years. I started using my present gloves, not the ones I purchased since August, and they are still in good shape. I would say for the frequency I use them, it should last about 6-9 months.

I am on my third pair of aqua gloves because the velcro always wears out. The zipper on these is a great way to fix that, but even in size XL the diameter of the wrist is barely 6 inches, so the zipper digs into your wrist. If they were to make the wrists a little bigger and maybe put an extra flap of fabric in to protect your skin from the zipper they would be perfect. I will unfortunately have to return them.Update: So they processed the return, but charged me for shipping both ways, even though this shipped through Prime. I spent half the price in order to find out that these gloves are made for a person with large hands and tiny wrists. Thanks for wasting my time and taking my money.
