Really pretty. I had someone install it, but they said it was easy - took like 20 minutes. Arrived without any issues.

I bought this chandelier as a gift for my wife, to add a little beauty to her life. She loves it. Of course, the little crystals are made of plastic, but from a distance, they manage to look good, realistic. I have some experience installing light fixtures, so it wasn't too much trouble to install. If you have no experience with this sort of thing, you might have some trouble. The effort was worth it to see how happy it made my wife. Aside from the plastic crystals, the rest of the chandelier is made of quality materials.

I've hardwired fixtures for years and this was one of the most frustrating. Despite being informed that the wires were marked, labeled, textured, I found that they were not - except for the ground being a different color. So positive and negative were not distinguished in any way on the fixture I received. There is too much chain and wire as well for hanging close to the ceiling and no way of hiding the plastic coated wires within the chain. I am pleased with the look of it once installed. One would hope the manufacturer would do a better job labeling the wiring.
