I purchased 3-4 different brands of these sets for comparisons. We use them for travel and daily lunches for work and school. We used this set for about 5 months now and it's held up well. Stamped construction, washable sleeve. No tarnishing with regards to the metal.

I'm a college student about to live on campus for the first time. With limited space, time, and 18 units of first-class information to think over every day, I want a clean study environment. I know myself. If I got multiple sets of utensils, they'd all be piled dirty somewhere before I took time away from homework to wash them. I only need one set. If they're dirty, they won't be sitting around long before I wash and use them again. This set is perfect for that purpose. They're simple with no fancy pattern that can trap germs. They're functional and to the point. The case will be great to have as well. I'm an on-the-go type of person, especially during the summer. When I graduate, I have a feeling that this set will still find a useful nook in my life.

I purchase this set for a trip I'll be making and have tried it out and find it to be spot on. For the cost, and size they fit well into my cooler, hold up well in the dishwasher, and thought he depth of the spoon is a bit shallow it is adequate for use. The utensils are light weight; however, I was not looking for expecting them to be the same weight as what I would use for my normal table dinning. I would recommend this as a cost effective choice for someone who wants a portable travel set to take with them. I have not used the knife so I'm not certain how well that works.

I was skeptical when I saw the price and the description for this utensil set. I am VERY happy with the set. At first the lightweight design made me apprehensive as to how strong the pieces might be for normal use. The set is very sturdy and withstood my attempt to bend the stainless steel. The storage pouch is very convenient for keeping the utensils in my desk at work.Note: I have not yet placed these utensils in a dishwasher. I have been washing them by hand. The spoon is definitely a teaspoon that will not suffice for small soups or liquids. It works great with yogurts and other solid foods.I am very happy with this purchase and I recommend it to other office warriors who are finished with cheap plastic utensils.

eliminate plastic use!! I bought these for work lunch. Handles are skinny and flat not particularly comfortable but also not so bad that it bothers me. The spoon scoop is also rather flat so soup is not the best with this kit. The pouch is great and has just enough room to add a grapefruit spoon. Still using it over a year later!

The quality is very poor for the price. After removing the plastic wrapping I put the pouch in my bag and when I opened it at work the spoon was already scratched up from being next to the fork. I'm not sure how long these will last but at least the pouch is nice if I want to use other silverware in it. The utensils are very thin but also lightweight. For $10 I would expect one or the other so they might feel more like real silverware. The poor quality of the metal also makes it very loud if the utensils touch. It can be heard clearly just placing the closed pouch down.

This is the perfect set for a lunch bag. I hate plastic silverware and I hate having loose silver wear in my lunch bag. This set has made my lunch experience so much nicer. Plus the knife is sharp enough to cut through meat. Thea case keeps silverwear clean, and it is very sturdy. Everyone in the break room asks about it and I keep sending off this link to buy. I highly recommend this great set

Love this set for when I bring my lunch to work. Trying to be more eco-friendly and these definitely cut down on the plastic silverware that are just used once and thrown away. I'm not entirely sure if they are dishwasher safe so I just hand wash them to be on the safe side.
