This particular unit must have been in a train wreck! After contacting both Amazon and Royal Gourmet, I accepted the unit. It took me three hours to put it together because I had to straighten out so many pieces to get them to fit. I am very pleased with the way the unit turned out! Used it for the first time tonight and it met all my expectations! Unless I were to point out the damaged parts, no one would ever notice the problems. I believe it is an exceptionally well built and designed grill and will serve me for many, many years! I would certainly recommend this company and unit. Many wonderful features most don't have! After opening the box and seeing all of the parts, it did look a bit intimidating to put together.....and I was really impressed how they got all of the parts and the packing material to fit in the box! Two of the sheet metal pieces were slightly bent right out of the box but I was able to straighten them out enough to make it work. I've used it once and it grills nice. I like that you are able to raise and lower the charcoal tray to adjust the distance from the grilling surface. I'm satisfied with the purchase. The only negative is that there is no way to remove the black tray that the charcoal sits on in order to clean it out. You either have to make all of the ashes fall thru the holes to the removeable tray below or get a little brush and dust pan and sweep them up. All in all, I'd buy it again.

It's been a great grill this summer but it's a little wobbly but it gets the job done!

I give this grill 5 stars because i knew what i was buying. This grill is not heavy duty grill, lots of parts to assemble, and does a great job grilling hamburgers and steaks. This grill meets its price point.

This is a very flimsy and poor designed grill. I have had it all but 2 months and used it 6 times and it is rusting. The ashes do not fall into the pan. The charcoal tray is so flimsy that it won't stay level. The ash tray is also flimsy and bends when you pull it in and out. The grill grates well thank goodness my old grill grates fit because the ones that came with this look like cookie cooling racks not grilling racks. If this thing was on $40-$50 I would have no complaints but the price this one was is not worth it quality. I doubt it will make it 2 years.

This is something that I do give five stars to for the simple fact against the job done and you won’t be wasting your money so this will be a good investment and spring time is just around the corner and kids about to get out of school soon and family members is gonna start dodging to your home for a beautiful cookouts with family so invest in this and you will never be disappointed. PS I always give Honest reviews ❤️ in fact, if you have a big family invest in two of them 😆 because the food will be coming as fast as you put it on the grill people have the plates out and ready to eat and enjoy the family fun time together 🤗 so get ready for the barbecue 😄

Takes more than an hour to assemble . Not all holes matched making the assembly difficult but not impossible. The grill is tinny . The grates are flimsy. Instructions are good. SCREWS are NEATLY PACKED AND MARKED. Before starting the assembly READ THE INSTRUCTIONS and count your pieces . NEW it is a joy to use. Charcoal is a challenge at first adjusting the burner level . Do not overfill the burnt coal pan as it will dump into the bottom of the grill when you pull the drawer out … We use a galvanized garbage can with a tight lid to dispose of ashes …. In fact it is THE ASH CAN …. for ashes only . Safety to prevent wildfires.

El armado no es tan sencillo, sobre todo si lo haces sin ayuda. Algunos tornillos son de mala calidad, recomiendo tener rondanas y tornillos de la ferretería a la mano para que quede mejor tu asador. En general muy buen producto por el precio, con una funda y limpieza regular seguramente dura mucho.

Es un asador de buena calidad si lo comparas con otros de las mismas dimensiones y consideras el precio. Resulta un poco cansado molejo de armar. Considero que valdría la pena que quienes lo ofertan incluyan un vídeo guía para el armado.

Está bien, el material no está muy resistente pero por el precio si lo recomiendo, eso si, uno tiene que armarlo.

El asador cumple con lo que promete, el único pero que podría ponerle es que las instrucciones no son taaan claras y puede ser confuso armarlo al principio. Todo lo demás muy bien. Se ve resistente
