Feels solid, pretty heavy.Locks as intended, no problems.I sprayed the keyhole right away with anti rust lubricant, just in case.My advice is to order if sold by Amazon, I ordered from a third party seller (RNR Camper), the lock packaging (not Amazon box) was all torn up, even the previous customer info was still inside
