I have been taking it since approximately October 2024 as part of a strategy of nutrition including a choice trace mineral supplement (Min-ra-sol) and a nutrition strategy that excludes sugar, gluten, dairy, processed foods, and most animal-based proteins that I eat only sparingly. I eat fruits, vegetables, the occasional animal-based protein, celery juice, and other juices. I plan to (very happily!) eat this way for the rest of my life. Just as importantly, I also know what NOT to eat and that makes an enormous difference. With this approach I'm delighted to report that the "floaters" in my right eye are definitely healing. I started out with two "floaters" as verified by my eye doctor. One has healed and completely disappeared since the two were discovered in October 2022, just a little over twenty-eight months ago. The other has shrunken considerably and broken into two small pieces that are significantly smaller and thinner than I could have dared to hope happen!
