The product was well packaged on arrival. The parts are neatly tucked between foam packing dividers (see images) which did a great job in preventing any damages during shipment. Upon opening the box, it was clear that this product required assembly before usage. I was hoping that all the tools required to assemble were included so that I didn't have to bring out my toolkit. This product didn't disappoint. In the box, there is a bag with 6 hex screws (4 required for assembly and 2 spare). The bag also came with a hex key for assembly. Putting the stand together was as simple as lining up the extruded parts to the base with the slots of the pillar. Once lines up, you just screw the hex screws with the included hex key in the corresponding holes. The instruction sheet is very clear on assembly, so it shouldn't be hard to figure out. The steps for the laptop holder/panel is the same. Just line it up, and screw in the hex bolts. It's that simple. Build quality is very impressive. The full body is made of metal. There are no issues such as flexing in the metal plates. The base has rubber contacts which help grip the stand to the desk as well as protect the desk from rubbing against the metal. The laptop holder also has thick rubber contacts which leave me confident in placing my laptop on top of. The stand is height adjustable with a thumbscrew on the back. The screw-head is plastic but still of good quality. The adjustment screw has ridges which make it easier to grip on to whilst turning. The metal has a nice, smooth finish to it. The laptop I have tested this product with has a 15.6" display and weighs around 2.4kg. This stand had zero issues with this laptop. Overall, I am very pleased with this product's build quality, functionality and aesthetic. Would definitely recommend this to anyone that needs a height-adjustable stand for their laptop to correct their posture, or for anyone who wants to make use of more workspace by elevating their laptop.

This is great laptop stand, is lightweight but very sturdy and high adjustable. I highly recommend this product if you are looking for good functional stand.

We recently purchased four Boyata adjustable laptop stands for our office, and they have exceeded all our expectations. Assembly was incredibly easy, practically effortless, making the setup so easy . The height range is excellent, allowing for perfect ergonomic positioning. This is a really solid stand that is made from metal and that is why it has great stability. I thought it would come as one piece already assembled but it doesn't you do have to assemble it yourself. But don't let that put you off as it's only 4 small screws that you got to screw in and it's assembled. It's got good height adjustment but ideally for me, because I'm really tall, I would have liked to see it go up a little bit higher. For most people up to 6 feet tall this shouldn't be a problem, plus you can always adjust your chair if needed. The only reason why it loses a star is because it doesn't have any adjustment to let you move it forwards or backwards or tilt it. If they had that on this one and the price was the same, then this would have been a 5 star product no problem. I have seen those adjustments on other stands but then the price was over £40 so that's why I opted for this one.

The stand itself is sturdy, well-built, and height-adjustable, with a ventilated design that keeps my laptop cool. It’s stable and ergonomic, making long hours at the desk much more comfortable. Overall, this is an excellent product, and I’m very happy with my purchase.

This was very simple to put together, and very well made. It comes with an allen key, so no extra tools are required. Sturdy components, and accurately machined. The steel base plate and angled top plate are quite robust, and do not bend under the weight of a laptop. The height is set by a knob that screws in at the back. The stand perfectly fits the 13" Dell laptop it was bought for, and I've tried my 15" Macbook on it, and that was fine too. If I had to list a downside, the only one would be that the angle of the stand cannot be altered, just the height, however the angle is ideal for our use so not a problem. Very happy with this, and it looks very smart. I got the matching monitor stand to go with it.

Surface to bottom of laptop (true maximum raise) 14cm at the front, 19.5cm at the rear Base WxD=22.5x19.5cm (15cm from base of pillar to front) Top WxD=29.5x24.5cm (19.5cm space between limbs, each limb 5cm width) Thickness of material about 3mm Plus - easy to assemble (small allen key included plus 2 spare screws) - sturdy and stable (has some elasticity but in normal usec-typing- it feels totally stable) - good size 29+cm width is almost as wide as my 14 inch laptop - looks good - good feel of adjusting screw (soft stop) - seems like good quality material and finish and all metal construction - it should last forever - convenient and easy to use space under top to store (papers, pbone, mouse, box, full headphones etc) Minus - no tilt adjustment and no rotation (not really an issue but could be a problem for someone with very specific needs) - it covers partially my speakers and air intake - no cable management options (a couple of slots to run a tie wrap or a velcro strap would be nice) - lightweight material but not lightweight contruct - will not fold flat, can be easily disassembled but not really portable, it is a permanent stand It feels so good I am trying to justify buying a second one.

After a year of working from home and propping up the laptop with a set of Harry Potter books, it was time to look into a proper stand that would allow the laptop to breathe and not overheat. Looked at a few models but preferred this one because of the style — it allows you to stow items underneath (ie. keyboard, phone). This stand was super easy to assemble, is sturdy and ergonomic (angle of stand) and being able to adjust the height is a bonus. Appreciate the rubber/non-slip adhesives so laptop and stand won’t move around. Also looks super sleek. Very happy with purchase.

Ich nutze den BoYata Laptop Riser jetzt seit ein paar Wochen im Homeoffice, und ich frage mich: Warum habe ich mir den nicht schon früher gekauft? Er ist extrem stabil, hält mein 16" Macbook Pro mühelos in Position und lässt sich ganz einfach an meine Sitzhöhe anpassen. Die Höhenverstellung ist stufenlos und bleibt auch nach häufigem Verstellen fest an ihrem Platz. Auch der Aufbau war super simpel – auspacken, hinstellen, fertig! Das Material (Aluminium) wirkt langlebig und hochwertig, und durch die offene Bauweise bleibt das Gerät auch bei warmen Temperaturen kühl. Top-Preis-Leistung und ein Muss für jeden, der regelmäßig am Laptop arbeitet!

Great stand. Well built with very little wobble with my 17 inch laptop and under fan coolers . Adjustment is smooth and easy. Fit is just right for the larger laptop but will accommodate smaller laptops to without looking too bulky. Comes with rubber pads so nothing gets scratched. Perfect angle for me too.
