I purchased this package and installed the Velex model no. VX280 for a piece of machinery.We installed it, it has power etc, but will not play sound through to the speakers.We removed the VX280 and installed another radio from a different piece of machinery, and the speakers/sound works normally.We also did the opposite and put the VX280 in a different piece of machinery, and it still did not play sound through those speakers.So through process of elimination we have determined there are no issues with the wiring, installation, or speakers, but at the VX280 radio.

Easy to use. Had to make a couple modifications to fit in dash hole of my Polaris Ranger. Sounds a bit muffled when cranked to top volume. Very happy with product

Bought this for my Bobcat skid steer, with the 4” speakers. Sound is good, clear, fm didn’t work but I may have it set up wrong or bad antenna. Fairly easy to wire up, instructions are a little hard to understand but not hard to figure out. Would recommend buying, unit is solid, good quality.
