I used this in conjunction with 200 mil foil covered self-stick foam to reduce noise and vibration inside the cab of my Polaris Ranger 1000. This product was the first layer and did a great job of reducing vibration and a fair job on noise. There was little to no noticeable smell and the thickness seemed spot on for my application. It was easy to work with (cut and shape) and stays put once it's rolled into place. I haven't evaluated heat retention or durability at this point. Overall, I'm very pleased with this product.

Works very well. I used to insulate the outside of a sound booth from noise for remote work. Cut down on the bass noise by about -15 db coupled with acoustic foam. It does have a significant odor, so it helps to install in a well air circulated area. Easy to cut and to mold to a surface. Highly recommend.

Works good. Hard to find.
